How it Works
To collect loyalty stamps, simply scan the app’s QR code at the till scanner in-bakery, or place orders online or with the app as usual. Stamps will be automatically applied to your account.

Once you’ve collected 9 stamps, you will receive an email notification, and a new voucher with a different QR code will appear in your app. To redeem your treat, simply pop in to your preferred bakery and order as usual, scanning the QR code in the same way.

Easily collect loyalty stamps in-bakery and online:
In-bakery: A unique QR code will be displayed within your app. Simply scan this code on the till’s barcode scanner and your stamps will be awarded automatically. Within a few minutes, an updated digital stamp card will be visible in the app (this can take up to 15 minutes).
Online: For online transactions, your digital stamp card will update automatically, without requiring any codes to be entered.

Your order is Ready
Any of our baking can be ready and waiting, with Click & Collect on our new app. From cinnamon buns to sandwiches, reserve your favourites online and we’ll have your order bagged and ready to go in as little as 10 minutes. Perfect for picking up alongside your morning coffee.
Orders can also be scheduled in advance. For when afternoons are not complete without something sweet. And weekends wouldn’t be weekends without a full bread bin.
EVERYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW
Absolutely, you can collect stamps when ordering online. The best way to do this is by placing your order via the GAIL’s app. Your digital stamp card will update automatically, without requiring any codes to be entered.
Rewards are redeemable in-bakery only. The perfect excuse to pop into your neighbourhood GAIL’s and say hello.
You will have two months to redeem standard rewards before they expire. We may sometimes add on extra rewards as a little ‘thank you’ from us that have a different expiry date, but don’t worry, this will be clearly visible in your account.
Once you’ve collected 9 stamps, you can enjoy a loaf of bread or barista-made drink on us. This includes all loaves (excluding 2kg) and drinks made by a barista – from coffee and tea to hot chocolate and chai.
There is a limit of two stamps in every 30-minute period – one for shops of less than £20, and two for anything more. If your second visit was 30 minutes or more after your first visit, you should have received another stamp.
We’ll no longer accept paper loyalty cards from September 1st, 2023. If you have any questions about redeeming yours, please speak to our team.
During your birthday month, you will receive a voucher for a treat of your choice from our Morning Goods range. Choose from delectable classics including Croissants, Cinnamon Buns and Pain Aux Raisins.
