New Chocolate Sourdough for Easter
Inspired by Easter, this sourdough is made with pure cocoa powder and bitter sweet chocolate chunks. Both perfectly compliment the sourdough’s natural tang and keep it serious, not too sweet, with deep fruity cocoa notes.
Try it served with salted Longley Farm butter and organic orange marmalade.
We have also been baking our buttery and crumbly bunny shortbread and individual flourless chocolate cakes, made with Valrhona dark chocolate and filled with salted caramel and toasted flaked almonds.
