We know full well that there’s folks outside of London crying out for great bread – and as local bakeries in the UK have diminished from 18,000 to about 3,500 in the past sixty years, it’s not as easy as it used to be to find a great loaf. With Ocado on our side we’re happy to be able to deliver to any home around the country, and just this week they have added two new loaves to their GAIL’s range. We’re baking plenty more American pumpernickel (chock-full of molasses, seeds, rye flour and a touch of cocoa powder for a chocolatey hint) and our sour cherry & currant sourdough – which we’re making in a tin-shape for Ocado for ease of sandwich making!

It might sound a strange combination but we’re big fans of the sour cherry & currant sourdough with butter and Marmite – give it a shot.
