GAIL’s House Blend is roasted by Union Hand-Roasted Coffee in East London. Union roasts in small batches to develop sweetness and highlight the characteristics of our blend’s outstanding origins.
Our coffee is sourced straight from the farmers. More than just paying a fair price, Union Direct Trade means we are working with farmers in long term partnerships to improve both the quality of coffee and livelihoods.
We were voted as the Best UK Coffee Chain in the 2017 Allegra European Coffee Awards.
