New Chocolate Sourdough for Easter

Inspired by Easter, this sourdough is made with pure cocoa powder and bitter sweet chocolate chunks. Both perfectly compliment the sourdough natural tang and keep it serious, not too sweet, with deep fruity cocoa notes.

Hot Cross Buns

Baked throughout the day, each bun is packed with currants, sultanas and cranberries, and glazed with spiced syrup to give them a delicious, sticky top.
