NHS Test & Trace

NHS Test & Trace is no longer required however we have opted to keep an NHS QR code in our bakeries for any customers who do wish to use it. If you would like to sign in without a smart phone (pesky batteries dying for instance) to record your visit, please let us know and we’ll ask you to pop your data into our shop iPad, which we’ll only use for the NHS Test & Trace scheme; your data will not be used for any other purpose.

Keeping safe

We complete risk assessments regularly to ensure that our teams and customers are kept safe.

We are checking daily that our teams and their families are fit and well.

We’re washing our hands and sanitising contact surfaces frequently.

We are cashless in order to avoid handling money. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We kindly request that if you are unwell with COVID symptoms that you visit us when you’re back in good health.

What is GAIL’s policy for face coverings?

In line with UK government guidance, our teams and customers are not required to wear face coverings. However, to be extra cautious we are requesting our teams wear a face covering (unless exempt). For customers, we encourage the use of face coverings if they wish to wear them.

Can I order online for Click & Collect or home delivery?

Yes! Please place your order online, give us 48 hours to bake and we’ll deliver to your door, or have your order bagged and waiting for you. We are also available in Deliveroo.
