Summer Salads

To showcase the season’s best ingredients, we have launched our new range of healthy salads and snack pots.

We have a host of unique recipes with meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan options: Roasted Broccoli, Sorrel & Wild Rice (vegetarian); Poached Ginger Chicken, Wakame & Bean Noodles; Quinoa & Broccoli Bites (vegan); Spiced Lamb, Roasted Cauliflower & Aubergine; and Hot Smoked Salmon & Pea Cake.

We have also developed snack pots of Garden Pea Hummus with Sugar Snaps, and Smoked Salmon, Egg and Spinach Puree.
