Our new summer salads are made with crisp seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs and crunchy grains. Try our vegan Veg Cake and Green Tahini Salad with one of our vegan soups, or our new Beef and Lamb Kofta Salad, with a wedge of your favourite sourdough. We have also created a new vegan Summer Greens salad with Wild Rice and Roasted Broccoli.
We’ve also baked a Passionfruit Loaf Cake, Berry Cake and Mini Strawberry Polenta Cakes for summer.

Our malted whole grain sourdough is made with organic malt flour, three malted grains (wheat flakes, barley and rye berries), sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, wheat bran and our white sourdough starter
Bread is often elevated by cheese, and cheese sometimes finds itself homeless without bread. To celebrate their perfect union, we invite you to join our baker Roy Levy, together with our friend Rhuaridh of Buchanan’s Cheesemonger as we host a five course bread and cheese experience.
From 7pm in our Exmouth Market bakery on the evening of Thursday 22nd June, our Baker, Roy Levy, and our friend Rhuaridh Buchanan, of Buchanan’s Cheesemonger, will create The Perfect Sandwich for London Food Month.
Whilst we’re passionate about what we eat, we know it’s the company we keep which best enhances its savour. We hope you’ll join us.

NEW TURMERIC LATTE
We have launched our own Turmeric latte, which is made using a freshly pressed juice concentrate of turmeric, ginger, black pepper and cardamom, by our friends at PurEarth, and Rude Health’s Ultimate almond drink. During UK Coffee Week we will be donating 5p from every drink sold to Project Waterfall.
WHOLE BEAN DECAF
We are proud to be introducing Whole Bean decaf coffee with the help of Union Handroasted. Our decaf drinking customers will now have the freshest possible coffee, from the highest quality beans, that is ground by our baristas in our bakeries.
GAIL’s AT THE LONDON COFFEE FESTIVAL
Come and see us at The London Coffee Festival on 9th April at the Old Truman Brewery, where our baristas will be at La Marzocco’s True Artisan café from 10am-1pm, serving GAIL’s House Blend with mini hot cross buns, and brewing a signature drink with Union Hand-Roasted’s Organic Yirgacheffe.
We will be running Easter gingerbread baking classes for children in selected bakeries. Please see below for the class dates and where they are being held, they will all start at 4pm.
