Our Waste-Less Sourdough is made from unsold surplus loaves. We’re passionate about minimising waste, so we’re very excited to be the first bakery to sell a loaf made from surplus bread. Made using our 20-year-old White Levain sourdough starter, this loaf is made with surplus bread and the taste changes slightly depending on the loaves used. The loaf has a soft, tacky crumb and the flavour is similar to a wholemeal sourdough
