We’re celebrating the change of season by welcoming back the Pain aux Raisin to the baker’s table, along with Soho Buns, Chelsea Buns, and everyone’s Easter favourite – Hot Cross Buns. Baked fresh throughout the day and glazed with spiced syrup, you don’t need to wait for Easter to enjoy these sweet, fruit-laden buns.

Turkey and Chestnut Hand Pies are buttery, crumbly parcels, encasing a rich turkey, chestnut, and bacon filling.  Shaped to be eaten in the same way as a Cornish pasty, it’s picnic perfect – no cutlery required.

Toasted bagels are slathered in Islands Hazelnut and Chocolate spread, and can be enjoyed in our bakeries, or collected from our pantry to take home.

You’ll find Hamantaschen in a selection of our bakeries. These traditional Jewish cookies are served to celebrate Purim. Crumbly, sweet buttery pastry is filled with poppy seeds and honey, or marzipan flavoured with lemon zest and ground coriander seeds.

This season’s filter coffee comes from Fazenda Primavera (which means Spring) farm in Brazil. Juicy and sweet, with notes of cocoa, roasted peanuts and golden raisins, it’s perfection.

We’re introducing a Milk Hot Chocolate for the very first time. Sweet and fruity, with notes of caramel and malt, our new 55% Cocoa Milk Hot Chocolate is perfect for lighter Spring days.
