Our new loyalty programme is entirely digital. This means we will no longer use the paper stamp cards. Many customers have told us they easily lose their paper cards or forget to carry them, so having the card on your smartphone will keep things simple.
You will need to download the mobile app to your phone – it’s available for both iOS (Apple) and Android (Google) devices. This app will display your unique membership number in the form of a QR code. Whenever you visit one of our bakeries, show the QR code on your app to the team member at the till. Scan the code, and your stamps will be added to your account automatically. As soon as you reach the required number of stamps, you’ll receive a voucher for a treat.
Once you’ve collected 9 stamps, you can redeem a loaf of bread or any *barista-made drink. (*this is any drink made by a barista e.g., coffee, iced -coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc). Receive a voucher in the form of a QR code in the app. This should be scanned in the same way for redemption.
During the month of your birthday, you’ll receive a voucher for a ‘sweet treat’. Customers can choose any item from the ‘Morning Goods’ category on the till. No other sweet items are included unless stated at a later date.
Absolutely! The best way to do this is by placing your order via the GAIL’s app.

Yes, please tell a member of our team when you are paying for your order how many rewards you would like to redeem. You can manually select how many rewards you wish to redeem at checkout when placing your order online.
Standard rewards will remain active for two months before they expire. We may sometimes add on extra rewards as a little ‘thank you’ from us that have a different expiry date. This will be clearly visible in your account.
We have allowed five months to redeem paper stamp cards in our bakeries. From September 1st, these will no longer be accepted.
Unfortunately, we can’t convert paper stamps into digital. We are offering our customers a free barista-made drink when switching over to digital to make up for any stamps that couldn’t be redeemed before September 1st.
All of our hot and iced drinks can be made with non-dairy milks, and this is included in the voucher price. For information about the allergens in our drinks and loaves, please discuss your requirements with a colleague in any of our bakeries.
Yes, you can either use them as you earn them or save them up for a rainy day.
We bake freshly throughout the day so not all of our products are available all the time. We hope that the variety of rewards will mean you always have something delicious to choose from.
Yes, we are ready to welcome you to all of our neighbourhoods.
Yes, you will earn a stamp if you pay with a gift card. However, you cannot earn stamps when buying gift cards.
We will ask for your birthday when you join the programme – then keep an eye on your inbox for a special birthday voucher from us.

No problem, in the app, tap ‘Profile’ then ‘My Account’ and finally tap ‘Delete Account’. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] and ask for your account to be deleted.

Wherever you are asked to enter a username and password, just click or tap the Forgot Password? Link to reset your password.
You cannot earn more than two stamps in any 30-minute period, to stop people splitting their transactions to earn multiple stamps. If your second visit was 30 minutes or more after your first visit, you should receive another stamp.
You should see your stamps and treats updated within 15 minutes, as long as you are connected to the internet.
No, your existing GAIL’s account is automatically opted in to earn loyalty stamps. Just make sure to use the same email address to log into the app as you use on our website.

We ask you to register so that we can email your treats to you. We ask for your post code and birthday so we can understand you better and ensure that anything we send you is relevant.

We will send you a maximum of one email every week.
You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email we send you. If you want to update your details (like your birthday or favourite bakery), or if you want to opt out of emails on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or Valentine’s Day, you can click the ‘Preferences’ link at the bottom of any email from us.
