Christmas is a time for sharing. We’ve been beavering away in our bakeries, dreaming up beautiful breads, sweet treats and joyous jams designed to share with family and friends. We’ve whipped up a shortlist of our favourites to make sure your Christmas is a delicious one.
Available exclusively online, our Chocolate Babka Wreath is made with leftover trimmings from our croissant pastry. We fill ours with silky custard, cocoa powder and chocolate chunks and then fashion it into a perfect circle. The ideal (and incredibly edible) centrepiece for any Christmas table.
Our friends at Islands make some of the best, ethically made chocolate we’ve ever tasted. This year, we collaborated with them on a festive chocolate box, made up of 21 hand-crafted truffle and ganache-filled chocolates. From milk chocolate, praline, feuilletine & sea salt to dark chocolate ganache and milk chocolate and Champagne, there’s something for everyone.
A box of 6 magical mince pies (because one is never enough). Encased in soft, buttery, crumbly pastry and packed with brandy-soaked fruit, we add a little apple into the mix for freshness and dusted with demerara sugar for the final touch.
We love the bright zinginess that oranges bring to the darker months. Seasonal oranges have a bittersweet flavour, perfect for turning into marmalade and slathering over buttered toast. We made ours with our friends at Tea Together, who make beautiful jams from seasonal, organic fruits in their kitchen at Le Touquet-Paris-Plage in France.
Packed with caramelised pecans, flavoured with orange zest and spiced with cinnamon, this bag of joy is a sweet stocking filler to go nuts for. We love them as a snack, or sprinkled over overnight oats for some crunch.
We can’t imagine waking up without a perfectly brewed cup of coffee from our friend’s at Union to start the day (or festive proceedings). A London-based hand-roaster, Union Coffee source the finest beans they can get their hands on, supporting farmers in growing communities and helping to protect their rights.
