With the sun beating down on London this week, it has been hard for us not to get excited about picnicking, and some of our new baking inspired by the warmer weather.

Cue our new summer salads, made with seasonal ingredients and lots of fresh vegetables. Roasted Sweet Potato, Jalapeńo Aioli & Lime Sweetcorn Salsa with quinoa, avocado and salsa verde and our Fried Harissa Chicken with pickled aubergine, coriander carrots, amba tzatziki and roasted cabbage.
