With the sun beating down on London, it was hard for us not to get excited about creating some fresh new dishes to go with the warmer, drier weather. Cue our new summer salads, all of which have been inspired by seasonal ingredients and lots of vegetables.

Pop in and try a trout, pea and miso salad, with kiln-roasted trout from Scottish fishery R.R. Spink and Sons, or roasted almond chicken, soba noodles and greens with lime juice and sesame oil.
