We take great pride in the ingredients we use and the partners we choose to work with. From food and coffee to art for our walls, we work with like-minded suppliers, who we are lucky enough to count as friends.
This season we are especially excited about our cheese, our chocolate and our art.
We are obsessed by the Sourdough Chocolate Clusters that we had in our Christmas Advent Calendar. It was the first time we’d shared our love for the crunchy, sweet and slightly salted chocolates with our customers and we are so happy to have partnered with Alex Mariz, with whom we have long admired through our years of working closely together.
We buy our cheese from the glorious Buchanan’s Cheesemonger, which has its retail shop and ageing rooms just round the corner from our Seymour Place bakery. Our dear friend Rhuaridh Buchanan sources the best cheese from the UK and Europe, which you can enjoy in our Mayfield Swiss on Seeded Sourdough sandwich or in our Cheese Straws. We have had some of our best ideas and laughs over a cheeseboard and a sample sourdough in Buchanan’s.
